iOS – Fail to Pair / Can’t find MISSION ONE / Can’t sync / Re-pair
※ Most pairing issues can be fixed by restarting your mobile phone and re-pairing your MISSION ONE with ATMOS app.
※ Please follow the instructions and do not skip.
1. ATMOS App Your Device ➔ swipe left to delete your MISSION ONE
※ If MISSION ONE is not in “Your Device”. Go to next step.
2. Your phone Settings ➔ Bluetooth ➔ Bluetooth: On ➔ MY DEVICES ➔ Find “M1-XXXX” (XXXX = the serial number of your MISSION ONE) ➔ Click the ( i ) icon on the right ➔ Forget Device
※ If MISSION ONE is not in “Your Device”. Go to next step.
3. MISSION ONE SETTING ➔ CONNECT ➔ UNPAIR: YES
4. MISSION ONE SETTING ➔ CONNECT ➔ CONNECT APP: iOS ON

Press mid key to choose ON/OFF status.

Press up or down key, and press the mid key to switch the connection ON.
5. ATMOS App (must log in or sign up) Your Device ➔ Start Pairing ➔ Select your MISSION ONE ➔ Enter the 6 digits pin codes shows on MISSION ONE ➔ Paired
